Welcome to the portfolio of paintings by Marilyn Boswell.

Marilyn grew up in Napanee, Ontario, Canada, and lived in multiple places as a military spouse. Since 1996, she has resided in Kingston, Ontario. Retired with her husband, Marilyn enjoys painting and spending time with her two sons and their families.

Marilyn has always enjoyed sketching. She became fully committed to her art in 2016 while spending time with her mother on palliative care. Through her mother’s encouragement and that of family and friends, and during the extensive COVID-19 restrictions, Marilyn explored the use of acrylic paint on canvas. She now shares her work with you. Her inspiration and artistic expression comes from her love of landscapes, seascapes, gardens, and small birds.
